New Boards definition

New Boards means, collectively: (a) the Reorganized TCEH Board; and (b) the New EFH/EFIH Board.
New Boards means the initial board of directors, members, or managers, as applicable, of each Reorganized Debtor.

More Definitions of New Boards

New Boards means, collectively, the boards of directors of OpCo and PropCo and any other Reorganized Debtor, if applicable, on and after the Effective Date to be appointed in accordance with the Plan, the initial board members of which shall be identified in the Plan Supplement.
