Pursuant to section 1129(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code, to the extent known, the Debtors will disclose in the Plan Supplement the identity and affiliations of any Person proposed to serve on the New Boards.
Pursuant to section 1129(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Debtors will, to the extent known, disclose in advance of the Confirmation Hearing the identity and affiliations of any Person proposed to serve on the initial New Boards, as well as those Persons that will serve as an officer of New Parent or any of the Reorganized Debtors.
