ETHICS AND CONDUCT. ‌ Personal services are not authorized under OASIS. OASIS is strictly a non-personal services contract which means the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The Contractor and its employees must conduct themselves with the highest degree of integrity and honesty and adhere to the policies and procedures as specified in FAR Part 3 and GSAM Part 503 Improper Business Practices and Personal Conflicts of Interest. Failure to adhere to proper ethics and conduct may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or result in a Contractor being Off-Ramped (Sections H.16. and H.17.).

ETHICS AND CONDUCT. Halfords is committed to sourcing quality Goods and to developing partnerships with suppliers who adopt practices promoting honest trading and ethical and fair treatment of its employees and suppliers. The Supplier shall comply with Halfords’ Code of Conduct for Suppliers as set out in Schedule 5.

As this contract is very sensitive in nature and requires the Contractor and his personnel to deal with the public on a daily basis, Contractors are required to extend common courtesies such as: -Expedite release of the vehicle in accordance with the terms of this contract. -Assist the vehicle owner in retrieving documents, from the vehicle, to establish ownership. -Allow the owner to remove the auto tag and any unattached personal possessions. -Explain fully and politely the reason for the tow and all charges levied. -If a dispute occurs, Contractor shall attempt to resolve the dispute promptly and politely. If it cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the dispute shall be reported to the City no later than the next business day.
ETHICS AND CONDUCT. District employees are expected to maintain high standards in their school relationships, to demonstrate integrity and honesty, to be considerate and cooperative, and to maintain professional and appropriate relationships. The Board recognizes that the attainment of educational objectives of the district requires mutual respect between the District and employees. ETHICS AND CONDUCT c. Employees may be contacted from outside sources regarding work-related issues, (i.e., EEO complaints and FLRA investigations, etc.) Employees have an obligation to cooperate with these individuals as required by applicable laws, rules, or regulations. Employees may invoke their statutory/ contractual right to Union representation to these matters.
ETHICS AND CONDUCT. Trainees must comply with the Agency security rules and its health and safety policies. The provisions of the Agency code of conduct and its annexes shall apply, by analogy, to trainees, particularly with regard to the following: • Confidentiality Trainees shall exercise the greatest discretion with regard to all facts and information which come to their knowledge during their traineeship. They must in no way disclose to any unauthorised person any document or information not already made public. They shall continue to be bound by this obligation after the end of their traineeship. • Integrity Trainees shall behave with integrity and courtesy with due respect to dignity. • Conflict of interest Trainees must declare any connections with third parties which might be incompatible with their assignment. Trainees are not permitted to exercise any other gainful or non-gainful activities during the period of traineeship which may create a presumption of conflict of interest or adversely affect their performance during the traineeship. If a conflict of interest arises during their assignment, trainees should immediately report this to their mentor. • External contacts and publications Trainees shall be subject to the same policies with regard to contact with external parties and in particular the press. Trainees must not, either alone or with others, publish or cause to be published any matters dealing with the work of the Agency without the prior written permission of EUROCONTROL. The Directorate in charge of Human Resources should receive a copy of such permission together with a copy of any publication (including thesis) or article published. Any violations by a trainee must be reported to the Directorate in charge of Human Resources, the mentor or his/her line management. The Directorate in charge of Human Resources shall decide, after considering all available information, whether there are grounds to terminate a traineeship.

This includes efficient and cost-effective management and transparent reporting and communication, to maintain credibility, reputation and integrity and to attain the best results. The Parties shall undertake to inform their personnel to refrain from any conduct that could potentially be perceived as having an element of conflict of interest or adversely reflect on UNESCO and/or the United Nations and from any activity that is incompatible with the aim and objectives of UNESCO and/or the United Nations.
