Professional Standards. The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.
Professional Standards. In rendering services under this Agreement, the Contractor shall conform to high professional standards of work and business ethic. The Contractor warrants that the services shall be performed: 1) in a professional and workmanlike manner; and 2) in accordance with generally and currently accepted principles and practices. During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to provide to CCSU in a good and faithful manner, using its best efforts and in a manner that shall promote the interests of CCSU, such services as CCSU requests, provided in the Agreement.
Professional Standards. As a continuing condition of Business ---------------------- Manager's obligations hereunder, each Physician, Optometrist and any other physician personnel retained by Practice to provide Medical Services must comply with, be controlled and governed by, and otherwise provide Medical Services in accordance with, all applicable federal, State and municipal laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders, and the ethical standards and standards of care of the medical community wherein the principal office of each Physician or Optometrist is located. In addition, each Physician and any other physician personnel retained by Practice to provide Medical Services must obtain and retain appropriate admitting privileges at local area hospitals or health care facilities which are reasonably adequate for Physician to perform Medical Services. Procurement of temporary staff privileges pending the completion of the medical staff approval process shall satisfy this provision, provided Physician actively pursues full admitting privileges and actually receives full admitting privileges within a reasonable time.
Professional Standards. Recognizing and acknowledging that it is essential for the protection and enhancement of the name, reputation and business of the Company and its subsidiaries and the good will pertaining thereto, the Employee shall perform his duties under this Agreement professionally and in accordance with applicable law and the standards established by the Company from time to time; and the Employee shall not act, and shall refrain from acting, in any manner that could harm or tarnish the name, reputation, business or income of the Company and its subsidiaries or the good will pertaining thereto.
Professional Standards. As a continuing condition of Retail Business Manager’s obligations hereunder each Professional and any other Professional personnel retained by the Practice to provide Professional Eye Care Services and Optical Services must (i) have and maintain a valid and unrestricted license to practice optometry or ophthalmology in the Commonwealth, (ii) comply with, be controlled and governed by and provide Professional Eye Care Services and Optical Services in accordance with applicable federal, state and municipal laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders, and the ethics and standard of care of the optometric and optical communities wherein the principal Office and Dispensary of the Practice is located, and (iii) provide on a continual basis, quality care to its patients.
Professional Standards. Consultant shall be responsible, to the level of competency presently maintained by others practicing in the same type of services in City’s community, for the professional and technical soundness, accuracy and adequacy of all services and materials furnished under this authorization.

An employee who believes that he/she will suffer adverse action for refusing to perform duties or being required to perform duties in a manner inconsistent with professional ethics may request a meeting with the Appointing Officer (or designee) to address such concerns. Professional Standards. Professional shall furnish the Services in accordance with professional standards currently practiced by similarly licensed professional firms on projects similar in size, complexity and cost to the Project (the “Standard of Care”).
