SECURITY RULES. The tenderer shall follow at site all security rules as may be formed by the Corporation from time to time regarding movement of materials and equipment at site, issue of identity cards, control of entry of personnel, and all similar matters. Tenderer shall also follow all rules and regulations applicable to the area being declared / pronounced from time to time by the authorities. Nothing extra will be payable on account of stoppage / hindrance of work due to compliance of the said security rules.
SECURITY RULES. It is prohibited to use any programmes, applications or devices that may affect the operation of the system. The User is responsible for the secure use of the system. In order to guarantee the safe operation of the system the User is obliged to use a client computer that is sufficiently protected: equipped with central or local firewall, regularly updated antivirus system and well-protected user accounts for the workstation. The User is obliged to use a complex password that is kept confidential. The User has to select a password with a length of at least 8 characters, containing lower case letters, capital letters and digits as well. The password shall be changed regularly. In case of any activity that endangers the safe operation of the system the access of the affected User will be suspended and IT security examination will be started.
SECURITY RULES. Each party agrees to comply with the other party's reasonable security rules and measures when on the other party's premises and to instruct all of its personnel who enter upon the other party's premises to comply with such security rules and measures. Each party agrees, at its own cost and expense, to provide the other party with sufficient work space and supplies solely for the purpose of each party's performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
SECURITY RULES. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Application and from using the Application to violate the security of other third-party applications, websites, individuals, or entities by any method, including, without limitation: (a) accessing data not intended for you, or logging into a third-party software application or account that you are not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Application, a system, or network or to breach security or authentication measurers without proper authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with the Application, host, or network including, without limitation, via a virus to the Application, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “text-bombing,” or “crashing”; (d) sending unsolicited text messages, including promotions or advertising of products or services; or (e) forging any packet headers from the Company or any part of the header information in any email, instant message, text message, or newsgroup posting. Violations of the above may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company may investigate violations of the agreement and may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users of the Application who are involved in such violations.
SECURITY RULES. 15.1 Information relating to the Company's security rules is contained within the Employee Handbook. The Company also reserves the right to search all employees and vehicles on Group Company sites.
SECURITY RULES. In order to maintain a secure work and living environment at the Site, Company has security rules that must be followed by all Contractor personnel and subcontractors. Contractor will comply, and will enforce compliance by all its Sub-contractors, with the security rules. Non compliance with site security rules will result in removal from site. Also suspected involvement or complicity in any activity deemed inappropriate (e.g. theft, vandalism, harassment or threats) shall be investigated and those involved subject to removal from site if reasonable evidence found. Required compliance with the security rules notwithstanding, Contractor is responsible for the security of its workers, worker's personal effects, tools, materials and Equipment on (and to and from) the Site. All small tools and construction Equipment belonging to Contractor must be clearly identified as such. Tools, including personal tools, and personal effects are subject to inspection and checking at the various security gates. Personal identification badges shall be provided to Contractor’s Personnel in conjunction with the Site orientation and safety induction program for Personnel working either directly or indirectly under Contractor's supervision. These badges must be worn conspicuously by these employees at all times when on the Site. Personnel without identity badges shall be refused access to the Site. Replacement fees for lost or damaged ID Badges or Badges not returned at the completion of services or demobilization of Personnel shall be charged $50.00 per badge to the Contractor account.

Nothing extra will be payable on account of stoppage / hindrance of work due to compliance of the said security rules. 14 FORCE MAJEURE: The term “Force Majeure” is defined as follows: Any delay in the execution of works either directly or indirectly by any cause beyond the control of the Contractor and in particular, but without prejudice to the generally of the strikes, concerted action of xxxxxxx, lockouts, fire, storms, floods, earthquake, riots, lightning or any other act of nature, war whether declared or not, insurrection, restraints imposed by the Government or Governments, Legislature or any other proper authority. 15 IDLE CLAIM: Tenderers may please note that no claims will be entertained on account of idle work force, labour, manufacturing facility and machinery, stoppage of work, unprecedented rains, storm or any other unforeseen circumstances.
