Line Management. Vendors who experience success in drawing large crowds are responsible for the management of recurring consumer lines produced by their operation. Lines should not block entrances to Market Square or impede neighboring Vendor spaces. Vendors will be required to provide stanchions or similar mechanisms for line management if determined necessary and requested by PDP at any point throughout the season. Electricity Access to electricity is not guaranteed; requests are subject to approval and must be made during the application process. Vendors are required to bring their own extension cords and adhere to safety and ADA requirements. Cords must be taped securely to the ground. Any pedestrian injuries arising from Vendor extension cords are the sole responsibility of the Vendor/insurer.
Line Management. During the period of the work placement the student will have a Line Manager who has direct responsibility for their work. The student should be supervised at all times. The Line Manager is as named above. If the Line Manager changes during the work placement the Employer will inform the Work Placement Officer. Should any problems arise the Student is encouraged in the first instance to discuss solutions with their Line Manager and Employer Supervisor. However the Work Placement Officer contact can be rang if the Student is unable to discuss with their manager of if they have not resolved the issue. The Tutor/s will meet with the Student at intervals and times suitable to both parties and the Employer.
Line Management. 2.1.1 The role of the line manager is, in consultation with the professional supervisor, as described in 2.2.1 below: • To manage the workload of individuals, and respective work units • To manage the day-to-day operation of individuals and work units, including annual leave, sickness absence, and discipline, within the agreed policies of the employing partner and within the best interests of the Services • To manage the day-to-day performance of individuals and work units, including target setting, delivery and monitoring • To ensure that staff performance, appraisal and review systems are in place, occur at the agreed frequency, and include both line management and professional inputs • To be responsible for budgets within identified schemes of delegated financial responsibility • To assume delegated responsibility for health and safety matters

(a) Cypress’s Managing Director of SVTC shall exercise day-to-day managerial authority over the Line, including without limitation over the allocation of Activities, within the parameters established by this Agreement. Subject to the remainder of this Section, Cypress’s Managing Director of SVTC shall also be in charge of all aspects of the operation, development and planning of the Line.
Line Management. 8. The Head of Mental Health and Social Care Services will have overall operational responsibility for the Service.

(a) Cypress’ Minnesota Site Managing Director shall exercise day-to-day managerial authority over the Line, including without limitation over the allocation of Activities, within the parameters established by this Agreement. Subject to the remainder of this Article, Cypress’ Minnesota Site Managing Director shall also be in charge of all aspects of the operation, development and planning of the Line.

Line Management. 11.1 This paragraph 11 should be read in conjunction with paragraph 4 (“Line Management”) of Schedule 3 (“Integrated Service Governance”) of the Agreement which describes the line management of designated staff working on the Integrated Services in more detail.
