Supervision and Control. Provider shall designate one of its employees sent to render aid and assistance to Recipient as a supervisor. As soon as practicable, Recipient shall assign work tasks to Provider's supervisor, and unless specifically instructed otherwise, Recipient shall have the responsibility for coordinating communications between Provider's supervisor and Recipient. Recipient shall provide necessary credentials to Provider's personnel authorizing them to operate on behalf of Recipient. Based upon such assignments from the Recipient, Provider's supervisor shall:

Supervision and Control. The services to be performed hereunder pertain to and include certain functions customarily reposited in and performed by the employees and/or officers of PLIC, but at all times the ultimate supervision and control of such functions shall remain with and reside in the respective official or officials of PLIC responsible for any such functions.
Supervision and Control. Personnel sent to assist another community under this Agreement will continue under the command and control of their regular supervisors, but they will come under the operational control of the Receiving Agency. The Receiving Agency may use an incident command system (ICS) or unified command system. Employees shall remain employees of their own agencies at all times. Each agency, sending or receiving, shall be responsible for its own employees’ wages, benefits, and similar obligations.

The agency of jurisdiction investigation commander will coordinate RMCT activity with the RMCT supervisor to achieve mutually desired results. The RMCT supervisor shall retain full tactical authority to assign, deploy, or initiate action by RMCT personnel and may withdraw RMCT personnel or request that personnel from other agencies avoid or discontinue activities which, in his or her discretion, will compromise or hinder the effective performance of the RMCT.

Supervision and control of Providing Parties’ personnel and equipment shall be in accordance with National Incident Management System. The Requesting Party will be responsible for providing supplies and services, such as food, shelter, gasoline and oil, for on- site use of equipment and for the personnel providing assistance. All equipment and personnel used pursuant to this Compact shall be returned to the Providing Party upon being released by the Requesting Party or on demand of the Providing Party for such return.

The designated supervisory personnel of the Assisting Party shall: maintain daily personnel time records, material records, and a log of equipment hours; be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment and other resources furnished by the Assisting Party; and shall report work progress to the Requesting Party. The Assisting Party’s personnel and other resources shall remain subject to recall by the Assisting Party at any time, subject to reasonable notice to the Requesting Party and the Division. At least twenty- four hour advance notification of intent to withdraw personnel or resources shall be provided to the Requesting Party, unless such notice is not practicable, in which case such notice as is reasonable shall be provided.

Supervision and Control. The Practice shall have the right of approval over each Technologist provided by MedCare. The Practice shall supervise all clinical activities of the Technologist including each Procedure utilizing the Program Equipment and the services of the Technologist. When present at the Location, the Technologist shall be an employee of the Practice and shall at all such times be subject to the exclusive supervision, direction and control of the Practice. The Technologist shall be subject to the continued approval of the Practice and the Practice shall have the right to immediately terminate the Technologist's services and to require M'edCare to identify and provide a replacement Technologist subject to the approval of the Practice. In such event, MedCare shall have a reasonable period of time in which to provide an alternative Technologist as necessary under the terms of this Agreement.

The personnel, equipment, and resources of a Responding Party being used in the response effort will be under the operational control of the Requesting Party. Emergency Medical Services organizations providing assistance under this Agreement will utilize medical protocols authorized by their medical director. The designated supervisory personnel of the Responding Party shall: maintain daily personnel time records, material records and a log of equipment hours; be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment and other resources furnished by the Responding Party; and, report work progress to the Requesting Party.
