Endorsements and Procedures. You agree to restrictively endorse any item transmitted through our RDC service by either: • Signing the back of the item with your name and the wordsFor Mobile Deposit Only” • Following other instructions provided by us. You agree to follow any and all further procedures and instructions for use of our RDC service that we may communicate to you through changes to this agreement or through other notice we provide to you. You agree to securely retain each item for no fewer than 90 days after deposit. Then, no fewer than 90 days after deposit, you agree to mark each item submitted via our RDC service as “Void” and dispose of it using a high degree of care to ensure the item cannot be transmitted, deposited, or presented again. We reserve the right to impose daily limits on the aggregate amount of and/or number of deposits you may make using our RDC service. We may modify these limits at any time and without notice. Current limits are presented to you in our RDC service interface. Your enrollment in our RDC services generally occurs when you become an account owner; however, we reserve the right to deny your enrollment in and terminate your access to RDC service at our sole discretion. You warrant to us that: • You will only transmit eligible items that are properly endorsed. • You will not transmit duplicate items. • All information you provide to us when using our RDC service is accurate and true. • We will not sustain a loss because you have deposited an item. • You will indemnify us from any loss for breach of this warranty provision. In general, if an image of an item you transmit using RDC is received and accepted before 4:00 p.m. ET on a business day we are open, we consider that day to be the day of that deposit, subject to the other terms and conditions herein. Otherwise, we may consider the deposit to be made on the next Business Day we are open. Funds deposited using our RDC service will generally be made available by the third business day from the day of deposit. However, we generally make the first $225 of the aggregate of your checks deposited through our RDC service on each business day available by the next business day. We may delay the availability of your funds for a longer period of time at our discretion if we deem it appropriate in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Endorsements and Procedures. You agree to: (a) ensure that all Eligible Checks transmitted through the Service are made payable to you; (b) endorse the back of all Eligible Checks that you transmit to us through this Service with your signature and the wordsFor Mobile Deposit Only”; (c) securely store the Original Check until you receive confirmation that your check funds have been posted to your account; and (d) securely and thoroughly destroy the Original Check after you receive confirmation that your check funds have been posted to your account. You agree to follow all other instructions provided by us for capturing and transmitting Check Images via the Service. Check Images we receive that are not endorsed in accordance with this provision may be rejected.

Each image must provide us with all of the information that appears on the front and back of the original check at the time it is given to you by the drawer, including, but not limited to, information about the drawer and the paying bank that is preprinted on the original check, MICR information, signature(s), any required identification written on the front of the original check and any endorsements applied to the back of the original check. The image quality of an item transmitted using the Service must be legible, as determined in the sole discretion of the Bank. Without limiting the foregoing, an item’s image quality must comply with the requirements established by the Bank, American National Standards Institute, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, or any other regulatory agency, clearinghouse or association. • Receipt of Items. We reserve the right to reject any image transmitted through the Service, at our discretion, without liability to the Bank. We are not responsible for images we do not receive, such as an image that is dropped during transmission. An image will be deemed received when you receive our confirmation of receipt, as reflected by the “Delivered” icon located directly to the left of the “Deposit History” details on the App. Receipt of such confirmation does not mean that the transmission was error-free, complete or that it will be considered a deposit and credited to your Account. We reserve the right to charge back to your Account at any time any image that is subsequently returned to us or that we subsequently determine is not an eligible item. You agree and accept the responsibility for monitoring your Account statement for unaccepted or charged back mobile deposit items. Endorsements and Procedures. You agree to restrictively endorse any item transmitted through the Mobile Deposit Service as "For mobile deposit only". Your endorsement must include your signature. You acknowledge and agree that any loss the Bank incurs from a delay or processing error resulting from an irregular endorsement or other markings by you will be your responsibility. A check payable to two payees must be endorsed by both payees. If the check is payable to you or your joint owner, either of you can endorse. If the check is payable to you and your joint owner, both of you must endorse the check.
Endorsements and Procedures. You agree to restrictively endorse any check transmitted through the Service with your name and the restriction "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY" or as otherwise instructed by us. You shall scan the front and back of each check to be deposited and thereby capture the image of the front and back of each check and any other required data from each check and transmit the Images to be deposited and all other required data and information from or pertaining to such checks to us or our Processor in accordance with the Procedures. We reserve the right to amend the Procedures, with or without prior notice to you. You agree to comply at all times with the Bank's "Security Statement" and security procedures published on the Banks' website and to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the security procedures and all other proprietary property or information the Bank provides to you in connection with the Service and to notify us immediately if you have any reason to believe the security or confidentiality required by this provision has been or may be breached. You acknowledge, understand and agree the security procedures are not designed for the detection of errors. The Bank is not, and will not be, obligated to detect errors by you or others, even if the Bank takes certain actions from time to time to do so. You may send multiple Mobile Deposits to us or Processor on the same day, not to exceed the deposit limits discussed in this Agreement.
Endorsements and Procedures. Before transmission, you agree to restrictively endorse any check or item transmitted through the Service as “For Mobile Deposit only” or as otherwise instructed by Surrey Bank & Trust. Your endorsement should also include your signature. You agree to supply any information in your possession that we may request regarding a check or item deposited or attempted to be deposited through the Service. You agree to write “Mobile deposit on [date]” on the front of your check after you have received confirmation that your Mobile Deposit has been successfully transmitted. You agree to retain the original items that have been deposited via Mobile Deposit for a reasonable period of time in order to verify reconciliation and credit or to balance periodic statements, but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the date processed. You agree to properly destroy and dispose of such original checks after such time. During the period that you maintain the original checks, you understand and agree that you must use a high degree of care to protect these original checks against security risks. These risks include, without limitation, (i) theft or reproduction of the original checks for purposes of presentment for deposit of these original checks (i.e., after the original checks have already been presented for deposit via Mobile Deposit) and (ii) unauthorized use of information derived from the original checks. You understand and agree that when you destroy the original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit, you use a high degree of care to ensure that the original checks are not accessed by unauthorized persons during the destruction and disposal process (e.g., through the use of competent shredding equipment) and that, once destroyed, the original checks are no longer readable or capable of being reconstructed. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of the Service as we may establish from time to time.

Endorsements and Procedures. A check must be endorsed exactly as it is made payable. If a check is made payable to more than one party, each party must endorse the check. You must write “For Deposit at MidFirst Bank Only” above the signatures of the endorsing party(ies). Regulation CC endorsement standards restrict the endorsement of the payee to the top 1.5 inches of the check. Rubber stamp endorsements are acceptable on checks taken for deposit. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of MidFirst Mobile Deposit as MidFirst may establish from time to time.

For a check payable to you and any joint owner(s) of your Credit Union account, the check must be endorsed by all such payees and you may only use Mobile Deposit to deposit such check into a Credit Union account jointly owned by all such payees. If the check is payable to you or your joint owner, either of you can endorse it. If the check is made payable to you and any non-joint owner, you may not deposit the check into your Credit Union account using the Service.
