Huawei has the rights but no obligation to provide Party A with suggestions on privacy security issues for the purpose of guaranteeing the rights and interests of Users. If Party A violates the aforementioned clauses, and as a result, Aspiegel (including its Related Companies) is punished by the relevant authority or has to compensate End Users, Party A shall hold harmless and indemnify Aspiegel (including its Related Companies) from any financial losses arising from the negative impacts on the market, or any penalties, or compensations. Aspiegel also has the right to terminate this Agreement.
