Transition Services Agreement Sample Clauses

Transition Services Agreement. Seller shall have executed and delivered the Transition Services Agreement.

Transition Services Agreement. Seller shall have delivered to Buyer a Transition Services Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Transition Services Agreement”), duly executed by an executive officer of Seller.
