REPRESENTATION AND. All joint EmployerAssociation meetings shall be scheduled where practical, during the nurse's regular working hours. The Employer will provide replacement staff where operationally required. The Employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representativesof the Association attending meetings with the Employer. The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee, one of whom shall be chair. This committee shall operate and conduct itself in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement and the number of nurses on the Grievance Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. It is agreed that Union representativesand members of the Grievance Committee have their regular duties and responsibilitiesto for the Hospital and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission from their immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonablywithheld. If, in the performance AGREEMENT MARCH of their duties, a union representative or member of the Grievance Committee is required to enter a unit within the hospital in which they are not ordinarily employed they shall, immediately upon entering such unit, report their presence to the supervisor or nurse in charge, as the case may be. When resuming their regular duties and responsibilities, such representatives shall again report to their immediate supervisor. The Hospital agrees to pay for all time spent during their regular hours by such representatives hereunder. There shall be a Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

REPRESENTATION AND. WARRANTIES You hereby agree, represent and warrant that: a. You shall comply with the terms and privacy policyof our platform as maybe communicated from time to time; b. The Service being requested pertains to a genuine, valid and lawful transaction between you and the End Customer; c. The Service is allowed to be carried out with regard to the transaction between you and the End Customer; d. The Service being requested does not pertain to any payment collection where such payment can be attributed to any unlawful activity and/or is not in violation of any applicable law or does not pertain to any act of money laundering. The payment being collected as part of the Service has not been obtained via any unlawful or illegal means. You agree to indemnify us for any claims or damages suffered in this regard; e. The information provided by you to us pertaining to the End Customer is correct; f. You agree that Indusage shall reserve the right to decide whether any transaction between you and the End Customer is possibly unlawful based on Indusage’s sole discretion and we can refuse to provide the Services to you. You acknowledge and agree that Indusage’s decision in this regard is final and binding; g. By availing the Services, you represent that you have informed the End Customers that the Service will be done by Indusage on your behalf. h. You shall not act in an unlawful manner; i. You hereby agree to sign, execute and/or provide any document that is required pertaining to the Services; j. You agree that during the time of election, the maximum amount of cash/payment that can be collected shall be up to the limit as maybe specified by the regulating authority at the time of election. REPRESENTATION AND. (a) The Hospital agrees to union stewards to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bat-gaining unit for the purpose of handling grievances as provided under this Collective Agreement, Union stewards have their regular duties and responsibilities to perform for the Hospital and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. If, in the performance of his grievance duties, a union xxxxxxx is required to enter an area within the Hospital in which he is not ordinarily employed, he shall report his presence to the supervisor in the area immediately upon entering it. When resuming his regular duties and responsibilities, such xxxxxxx shall again report to his immediate supervisor. A union xxxxxxx shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent in performing the above duties during his regular scheduled working hours. Three (3) stewards, one of shall be the Chief Xxxxxxx and one a representative of part time employees (one to represent Laboratory, one to represent Radiology, and one to represent Respiratory Therapy) will be recognized among the employees.
