Xxxxx Xxx. A “Xxxxx” Day is a 24-hour day. A minimum of four (4) and a maximum of five (5) Xxxxx Days will be given to each individual per calendar year depending on the manner in which the shift schedules fall. The Xxxxx xxx is to be used during a twenty-eight (28) day period comprising 240 hours. The Xxxxx xxx is not counted as an actual day worked for FLSA requirements. It is a 24-hour day off-duty.

Xxxxx Xxx. X. will only approve a Deliverable after confirming that it conforms to and performs according to its specifications without material deficiency. Xxxxx X.X.X.X. may, in its discretion, conditionally approve a Deliverable that contains material deficiencies if Xxxxx X.X.
Xxxxx Xxx. X., at any time and in its reasonable discretion, may reject the Deliverable without notation of all deficiencies if the acceptance process reveals deficiencies in a sufficient quantity or of a sufficient severity that renders continuing the process unproductive or unworkable.
