For each such day will be awarded of the amount of vacation credit specified in Section Paragraph in accor- dance with Company service on the last date prior to layoff. An employee who returns to the active payroll from military service with reinstatement rights will be awarded vacation cre- dits on the date of return as outlined in Section Paragraph When annual vacation credits for full-time employees are awarded, the employee’s account including credits carried over or transferred will be adjusted to the nearest one-tenth of an hour.
