Company Service definition

Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.

Company Service means service as an Employee and includes subsequent service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company or a Subsidiary, if any, as provided in this paragraph. Notwithstanding any contrary provision or implication herein, in determining cessation of Company Service for purposes hereof, transfers between the Company and/or any Subsidiary shall be disregarded and shall not be considered a cessation of Company Service, and changes in status between that of an Employee and a Non-Employee Director shall be disregarded and shall not be considered a cessation of Company Service.

Company Service means any service with the Company or any Affiliate in which the Company have at least a 51% ownership interest.

• Workato agrees not to copy, alter, modify, or create derivative works of content made available through the Company Service or otherwise use the Company Service in any way that violates the use restrictions contained in this Agreement.

• Company’s use of the Workato Embedded Edition will be hosted by Workato and may be presented to Customers via an iframe within the Company Service.

• The Company shall comply with its obligations under Applicable Law with respect to its Company Service, including by maintaining appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect the Data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, and unauthorised disclosure or access.

• Workato wishes to provide access and use of the Workato Embedded Edition to Company for the benefit of its Customers and Company wishes to access, use and purchase the same for the purpose of providing Platform Assets such as Connectors and Recipes for the Company Service to its Customers pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• Company will own all right, title, and interest in the Company Service (subject to Workato’s rights in and to the Workato Platform, Workato Embedded Edition, and any Platform Assets), including without limitation any data schema, data models and logic programming for the Company Service.

More Definitions of Company Service

Company Service means the length of service within the Company and shall commence from the most recent date of hire with the Company. Company service shall be used to determine vacation allotment.

Company Service means any service, product, system, technology, search engine or platform: (a) developed, marketed, provided, licensed or made available, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of any Acquired Corporation; or (b) currently under development by or for any Acquired Corporation (whether or not in collaboration with another Person).

Company Service means the Participant’s aggregate number of years of employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries during periods when those entities were Subsidiaries.
