Company Service means service as an Employee and includes subsequent service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company or a Subsidiary, if any, as provided in this paragraph. Notwithstanding any contrary provision or implication herein, in determining cessation of Company Service for purposes hereof, transfers between the Company and/or any Subsidiary shall be disregarded and shall not be considered a cessation of Company Service, and changes in status between that of an Employee and a Non-Employee Director shall be disregarded and shall not be considered a cessation of Company Service.

• In case of any request or demand for the inspection of the share books of Fund or any other books of Fund in the possession of Service Company, Service Company will endeavor to notify Fund and to secure instructions as to permitting or refusing such inspection.

Company Service means any service with the Company or any Affiliate in which the Company have at least a 51% ownership interest.

Company Service also shall include: (a) all periods of approved leave of absence (civil, family, medical, military, or Olympic); provided, however, that the Participant returns to work within the prescribed time following the leave; (b) any break in service of thirty (30) days or less; and (c) any service credited under applicable Company policies with respect to the length of a Participant's employment by any non-affiliated entity that is subsequently acquired by, and becomes a part of, the Company's operations.

Company Service means any service, search engine or platform: (a) developed, marketed, provided, licensed or made available, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of any Acquired Corporation; or (b) currently under development by or for any Acquired Corporation (whether or not in collaboration with another Person).
