Active Payroll definition

Active Payroll as used in this Agreement, means the list of employees who have qualified, at a local plant, to receive wages from the Company and who have not been removed from the list due to discharge, quit, layoff, leave of absence, absence due to injury or illness, retirement or severance award. Removal from the list due to injury or illness will not be less than two weeks from the last day worked.

Active Payroll means the compensatory time when an employee is being compensated for working or is on paid leave time pursuant to this Agreement, as distinct from the time when an employee is absent or is on unpaid leave or is on layoff.

Active Payroll means those employees who are being paid for actually working or for paid time off allowed by this Agreement or who are on leave of absence while being paid Workers’ Compensation or disability benefits pursuant to New York State Law.   • Regular Part-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position but works less than full-time. A regular part-time employee is entitled to all benefits outlined in the agreement on a pro rata basis, except where otherwise specified.
