E-Statement Access. Accessing your E-Statement confirms your agreement to be bound by all disclosures and agreements and acknowledges your receipt and understanding of this agreement. By accessing your on-line periodic statements you will be able to view your periodic account and transaction activity for your deposit and loan accounts (excluding credit card statement activity), electronic funds transfer transactions, periodic notice of billing error rights under federal Regulations Z and E, and Credit Union newsletters and/or statements stuffers, which may contain important legal notice that affect you. In order to access your E-Statement online, you must have an active Health e-Banking Internet Home Banking service established with the Credit Union. Once established, you may log into our home banking site via the Internet, use your PIN to access your account, and click on the E-statement link. The home banking service is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, service may be unavailable from time to time for routine software and hardware maintenance or due to unscheduled down time.

E-Statement Access. To begin receiving E-Statements and other electronic records, you may contact Credit Union. By choosing the option to enable E-Statements, you specifically consent and agree that we may provide all disclosures, agreements, contracts, periodic statements, receipts, modifications, amendments, and all other evidence of our transactions with you or on your behalf electronically (hereinafter all such documentation is referred to as "electronic record(s)". You understand that electronic records may include information about you and your account, including, but not limited to, your name, address, account numbers, check numbers and balance information. We reserve the right to send any or all records to you in paper form to your current postal mailing address in our file. To view your E-statement, access your E-Branch Banking site via the Internet. Enter your E-Branch Banking user name and password to log in to your account. Next, select the Accounts tab, then the E-Statement tab, and then the desired statement. By accessing your online periodic statements you will be able to view your periodic account and transaction activity for your deposit and loan accounts (including credit card statement activity), electronic funds transfer transactions, periodic notice of billing error rights under federal Regulations Z and E, and Credit Union newsletters and/or statement stuffers, which may contain important legal notices that affect you.
E-Statement Access. E-Statements will begin with the first statement generated after your successful registry for the Service, if you register by the day before the last business day of the month. Your E-statements will be made available through the Internet Banking Service generally by the 5th of each month reflecting the previous months account activity. We will send you an email notifying you that your E-Statement is available. Your E-Statements may then be accessed by clicking on the "E-Statements" tab located on the Internet Banking main menu bar.

Your normal statement cut‐off date will change when you elect to receive E‐Statements. Your E‐Statements will be cut at each month end. Electronic “Signature” Agreement & Security. You agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide the Lennox Employees Credit Union instructions while participating in our E-Statement/Notice Program (“Program”); or in accessing or making any transaction regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent terms, disclosures or conditions, constitutes your signature, acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. Further, you agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature; and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your signature or any resulting contract between you and the Lennox Employees Credit Union. You agree and acknowledge that you will keep your PIN and other security codes and identification data confidential and you will immediately notify Lennox Employees Credit Union should you believe that your PIN has been lost, stolen, or that an unauthorized person has electronically accessed your accounts. E-Statement Access. You agree to receive your periodic account statement electronically in place of a paper statement sent via US mail to your address of record. You further agree to provide an accurate email address to us for the delivery of this electronic statement. If the email address provided is not accurate due to negligence on your part, you agree not to hold B-M S FCU liable for sending your statement to such address. If the email address provided is not deliverable, B-M S FCU will provide you with a paper periodic statement upon request via US mail to your address on record. You may also request a printed copy of your statement at any time. Applicable fees, as outlined in the Fee Schedule, may be charged. The Credit Union must receive notification of any change in physical or email address three business days prior to the 1st day of the month to give us time to affect the change. Failure to do so may result in a delay or lack of delivery of your statement for the given period. Contact us in writing or visit one of our branches to change your physical address. You can change your email address by updating the information in Net Access under Your Preferences tab. Your statements will be available from the E-Statement web pages for 18 months from the date of the statement. At anytime you can log into Net Access and navigate to the “eDocuments” and choose “eStatments” to view your statements electronically. You also have the choice to “opt-out” of electronic statement delivery back to paper at anytime by contacting the credit union during normal business hours.

By entering into this agreement, you understand that Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union will no longer provide you with a monthly paper statement. Your statements will be available through e-mail on or around the 15th day for each month for those receiving monthly statements. If you receive quarterly statements, your statement will be accessible through e-mail to you around the 15th day in January, April, July, and October respectively. You will be notified by e-mail that your e-statement is available. E-Statement Access. When you give your consent and sign up for “E-Statement Enrollment” with respect to an account, you agree that we will provide you a periodic statement and check images relating to your account(s) in electronic format. If you request to receive your statement by electronic delivery, you understand and agree that you will no longer receive a paper statement.
