You agree and acknowledge that during the course of your employment and in pursuance of the discharge of your duties you will make, create, produce and generate intellectual property rights, including Inventions.
You agree and acknowledge a) that you are in a better position than The supplier to foresee and evaluate any potential damage or loss which you may suffer in connection with the Equipment and/or the Services and/or any other service provided to you under the Agreement;
b) that we cannot adequately insure our potential liability to you; and
c) that the sums payable by you under the Agreement have been calculated on the basis that we shall exclude liability in accordance with the Agreement.
