Notice Program definition

Notice Program means the methods provided in this Agreement for giving notice to Settlement Class Members which consists of the Mailed Notice, and the Long-Form Notice. An additional description of the contemplated Notice Program is provided in Section VIII hereof.

Notice Program means the notice program described in Section 5.

Notice Program means the program for disseminating the Class Notice to Settlement Class Members, including public dissemination of the Summary Notice, in accordance with the terms herein.

Notice Program means the notice program described in Section V.

Notice Program means the notice methods provided for in this Agreement and consists of (1) e-mailed Notice to all Settlement Class Members at the e- mail address on file in Earnin’s business records and (2) Notice posted on the Settlement Website. The forms of Notice shall be substantially in the forms attached as Exhibits A-B to this Agreement and approved by the Court, and the Notice Program shall be effected in substantially the manner provided in Section VII.
