Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.

Notice Program means the notice program described in Section 5.

• The Court shall also retain jurisdiction over all questions and/or disputes related to the Notice Program and the Settlement Administrator.

More Definitions of Notice Program

Notice Program means the notice methods provided for in this Agreement and consists of (1) a mailed notice to all those Settlement Class Members for whom SPE can ascertain a mailing address from its records with reasonable effort (“Mail Notice”), (2) Notice posted on the Settlement Website, and (3) Publication Notice (as described in Paragraph 61). The forms of notice shall be substantially in the forms attached as Exhibits 2, 3, and 4 to this Agreement and approved by the Court, and the Notice Program shall be effected in substantially the manner provided in Section VII.

Notice Program means the program for disseminating the Class Notice to Settlement Class Members, including public dissemination of the Summary Notice, in accordance with the terms herein.

Notice Program means the notice plan and methods provided for in this Settlement and consists of (1) a direct mail notice to Settlement Class Members (“Mail Notice”);

Notice Program means the Claim notice program as explained in ¶ 3.2 herein.
