E-Statements. If we make this service available to you, you may agree to receive statements via electronic means, whereby your periodic statement will be e-mailed to you or sent electronically to, and made available on, our on-line banking website. Please see the provision, "Electronic Statements, Electronic Notices, Electronic Disclosures and Electronic Agreements" for more information regarding e-statements. Notices; e-Notices; Name or Address Change. Any written notice we give to you is effective when it is made available in our on-line banking system (if you have agreed to receive such notices electronically), or when it is deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid and addressed to you at the most recent mailing address on file with us. Notice to any account owner is considered notice to all account owners. Any written notice you give us is not effective until we actually receive it in our offices. You agree to notify us of any postal or e-mail address change or name change in writing. We reserve the right to require verification of your identity and proof of a change in address prior to making any changes in our records. We are only required to attempt to communicate with you at the most recent address you have provided to us. If you fail to provide notice of a change in address or name, and we attempt to locate you, we may impose a service fee as set forth on the Rates & Fees Schedule.

E-Statements. You will be sent a notice via e-mail that will direct you to a site we maintain or cause to be maintained where you may access, review, print and otherwise copy/ download your periodic statements using procedures that we authorize. E-mails from us will be sent to the e-mail address provided by any owner to the last known e- mail address provided. You agree to notify us promptly of any change of your e-mail address. If you have not notified us of any change of your e-mail address, you agree that your failure to provide us with a valid e-mail address is the lack of ordinary care on your part. If we become aware that you are not receiving e-mail, we may restrict your access to these services until you provide us with the correct e-mail address and you may be converted to paper documents.
E-Statements. If provided electronically, statements will be (1) e-mailed to you as an attachment; or (2) you will be sent a notice via e-mail that will direct you to a site we maintain or cause to be maintained where you may access, review, print and otherwise copy / download your periodic statements using procedures that we authorize. E-Statements. When made available by the Bank, you may elect, in writing, to instruct us to make your monthly Statement and accompanying items and documents available to you exclusively in electronic form (collectively “E- Statement(s)”) via our internet services. You understand that by electing to receive E-Statements, you shall not receive any Statements or copies of checks, except as otherwise provided herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall have the right, at its sole discretion, should it deem it necessary or advisable in order to protect, maintain and/or assert any of our rights in regards to you, the Account(s) or any of your transactions with us, or for any other reason, to mail, send and/or deliver any Statements as well as checks, items, debit memos, and/or credit memos in printed form to you at your last known address appearing in our records. You expressly agree and acknowledge that by electing to utilize E-Statements you are not relieved of your obligation to carefully review and examine each E- Statement immediately upon receipt, and to promptly report to us any problem, irregularity or error in any E-Statement or in any items or documents accompanying same, and particularly any problem, irregularity or error relating to any payment, transfer, withdrawal, debit or credit in the Account(s), pursuant to Paragraph 23 of this Agreement. You agree and acknowledge that you are under an affirmative obligation to access and review the E-Statement on the date that an E-Statement is customarily made available to you via our internet service. You agree and acknowledge, as set forth in Paragraph 23 of this Agreement, that you shall be fully precluded from asserting any dispute or difference as to any E-Statement and from asserting any claim, demand or cause of action against us for the payment of any item listed or evidenced by any E-Statement, unless we receive written notice from you of the alleged problem, irregularity or error within twenty (20) days of the date that such E-Statement is made available to you. Customer shall not be relieved of the duty to examine any E-Statement by reason of the fact that such E-Statement was not made available to you via our internet service, unless Customer notifies us, in writing, of the non-availability of such E- Statement within twenty (20) days of the date the E-Statement is customarily made available. E-Statements a) The Bank may, at the Customer’s request, provide Statements or other advices or statements, to the Customer via electronic mail (“E-statement”) to such electronic mail ID (which may be an email address or, in respect of advices only, a facsimile number) as contained in the Bank’s records and/or as instructed by the Customer to the Bank from time to time as outlined below (“Designated electronic mail ID”). In this respect the Customer agrees as follows:

You understand and agree that, you will no longer receive paper statements unless you request in writ- ing to discontinue estatements. You understand and agree that by providing links on the credit union website which will provide you with statement disclosures, Privacy Notice Disclosure, and other disclosures required by law, you are considered to have received these disclosures and the credit union is relieved of any further obligation to separately mail these disclo- sures to you whether or not you choose to access the disclosures. You must use your User ID and password along with your account number to ac- cess your e-statements. Giving any person your User ID and password will be your authorization for that person to access your e-statement. You are assuming the re- sponsibility for any access obtained by any person to whom you give your User ID and password whether or not they are an official joint owner on any account/suffix. There is a charge to obtain a copy of your statement from the credit union if you are signed up for e-statements. Please refer to the current Truth-In-Savings Dis- closure for the amount of this fee. You should print and save your monthly state- ments just as you would a paper statement.

E-Statements. At the end of every statement cycle for any Account that is accessible through ATB Business, ATB Financial will post on ATB Business an electronic version of the Account statement (E-Statement).
E-Statements. Electronic statements are offered for eligible deposit and loan Accounts allowing you to replace your recurring mailed statements with an electronic version (PDF) that you can view, save to your computer or print at your convenience. An online electronic statement (eStatement) will replace your paper statement in its entirety. Statements that are eligible for e-statements are identified on Schedule A.
