Your normal working hours are set out in Schedule 1, but in order to meet the demands of your position you will be required to work as can be reasonably expected of someone assuming the position. This may include travelling and working outside normal hours to undertake and accomplish your duties pursuant to this agreement.

Your normal place of work is the Company's office at _____________. You will, if and for as long as required by the Company, make visits in the ordinary course of your duties to such places anywhere in the world as it may reasonably specify. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall not be required to spend more than 45 working days in any period of 90 working days (nor more than a total of 90 working days in any period of 365 days) working, stationed, or travelling away from your normal place of work.   • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
