E-6 Sample Clauses

E-6. F and 6.G. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Article 6 to the contrary, Aramark may choose not to commence (or to discontinue) providing any payment or benefit under this Agreement unless and until Employee executes and delivers, without revocation, a release in form reasonably acceptable to Aramark, as described in Article 6.E within 60 days following Employee’s termination of employment; provided, however, that subject to receipt of such executed release, Aramark shall commence providing such payments and benefits within 75 days following the date of termination of Employee’s employment.

E-6. 07 An employee absent without pay on both his normal working day immediately preceding and his normal working day immediately following a designated holiday, is not entitled to pay for the holiday. L

E-6. 4 In the event that the Water delivered by GreenHunter at the Point(s) of Receipt fails at any time to meet the specifications of this Article, Tuesday Pipeline shall notify GreenHunter of such failure and thereupon may, at its option, refuse to accept delivery pending correction. Upon demonstration acceptable to Tuesday Pipeline that the Water being tendered for delivery at the Point of Receipt(s) meets the quality specifications of this Article, Tuesday Pipeline shall resume taking delivery of Water.
