Quality Specifications Sample Clauses

The Quality Specifications clause defines the standards and criteria that goods, services, or work must meet under a contract. It typically outlines measurable benchmarks, required materials, workmanship levels, or performance outcomes that the deliverables must achieve, and may reference industry standards or specific client requirements. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the expected quality, reducing disputes and providing a basis for inspection, acceptance, or rejection of deliverables.
