Exclusive Recognition. The Employer will not meet and negotiate with any other labor or employee organization or employee(s), concerning the terms and conditions of employment for supervisors covered by this Agreement. The Employer will not assist or otherwise encourage any other employee organizations which seek to bargain for supervisors covered by this Agreement.
Exclusive Recognition. The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative of all professional employees of the recognized bargaining unit, except administrative personnel, for the purpose of professional negotiations.
Exclusive Recognition. The College recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all academic employees of the College as defined in RCW 28B.52.

Exclusive Recognition. The State of Alaska, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, recognizes the Alaska State Employees Association, AFSCME Local 52, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, as the exclusive representative of all permanent, probationary, provisional and nonpermanent personnel (excepting those employed in the Student, College and Graduate Intern job classes) in the General Government Unit (GGU) for collective bargaining with respect to salaries, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
Exclusive Recognition. A. Inclusions/Exclusions The Board recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all contracted employees whose salary is determined by the salary schedule contained herein and/or who are under contract for services to the District or on leave. The Board retains the right to establish administrative positions. When new positions are created, the parties shall meet to determine whether such positions are principally supervisory and administrative. In the event of disagreement on such positions, the matter may be excluded from representation by the Association. Such representation shall automatically exclude the following positions: Superintendent Principals Directors Associate Superintendent Assistant Principals Casual Substitutes Assistant Superintendent Coordinators Assistant Directors Such representation shall specifically include the following employees: Teachers Librarians
Exclusive Recognition. A. The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole negotiation representative for any employee paid on the Certified/Licensed Personnel Salary Schedule. (Revised 1/1/91)
Exclusive Recognition. The Board recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all certificated employees of the District, with the exception of Superintendent, Manager of Curriculum, Manager of Operations, Manager of Special Programs, Principals, Vice Principals, and other certificated employees who may be excluded by law, for the purpose of exercising all rights accorded certificated employee organizations by the Educational Employment Act. When used hereinafter, the term "employee" shall refer to each certificated employee represented by the Association. Unless the context in which they are used clearly requires otherwise, words used in this Contract denoting gender shall include both the masculine and feminine, and words denoting number shall include both singular and plural.
Exclusive Recognition. The District hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative for all District faculty, as defined in RCW 28B.52. Excluded from the bargaining unit are classified employees, administrators, student employees, and non- faculty exempt employees as defined by law and this Agreement. An excluded individual, category or group having a common community of interest may be added to the bargaining unit consistent with RCW 28B.52 by agreement of the Parties or as determined by the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) pursuant to RCW 28B.52.
Exclusive Recognition. The State of Alaska, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, recognizes the Alaska Vocational Technical Center Teachers’ Association - National Education Association, hereinafter referred to as the AVTECTA, AVTECTA/NEA or the Association, as the exclusive representative of all Bargaining Unit Members in the AVTECTA for collective bargaining with respect to salaries, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
