Form C. Subscriber has reviewed and understands the Offering, all Exhibits, and the risks associated therewith as described in the Form C. Subscriber has had an opportunity to discuss Company’s business, management, and financial affairs with officers and management of Company and has had the opportunity to review Company’s operations and facilities. Subscriber has also had the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from Company and its officers and management regarding the terms and conditions of this investment. Subscriber acknowledges that except as set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement, no representations or warranties have been made to Subscriber, or to Subscriber’s advisors or representatives, by Company or others with respect to the business or prospects of Company or its financial condition.
