Building supply definition

Building supply means the pipe carrying potable water from the water meter or other source of water supply to a building or other point of use or distribution on the lot. Building supply shall also mean the water service.

Building supply whenever it is used in this letter means Don's Building Supply, L.L.P., a Texas limited liability partnership. Terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement. To the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders party to the Credit Agreement from time to time referred to below Subject to the assumptions, qualifications, exclusions and other limitations which are identified in this letter and in the schedules attached to this letter, we advise you that:

Examples of Building supply in a sentence

  • Landlord shall furnish domestic water in common with other tenants for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes drawn through fixtures installed by Landlord, or by Tenant in the Premises with Landlord’s written consent, and hot water in common with other tenants for lavatory purposes from the regular Building supply.

  • Landlord shall provide water from City of Indianapolis mains for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes drawn through fixtures installed by the Landlord, or by the Tenant with Landlord's written consent, from regular Building supply at the prevailing temperature.

  • Landlord shall provide water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes from the regular Building supply (at the prevailing temperature) through fixtures installed by Landlord (or by Tenant with Landlord's prior written consent); provided that Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, at rates fixed by Landlord, for water used by Tenant for supplementary air-conditioning or refrigerating installed by or for Tenant and for any other water used by Tenant (except for public drinking water and public lavatory use).

  • Building supply air is delivered at 44oF but is reset seasonally up to 65oF based on outside air temperature and demand.

  • Cold and hot water in common with other tenants for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes from regular Building supply drawn through fixtures installed by the Landlord in common areas and drawn through fixtures installed in the Premises, shall be supplied by Landlord.

  • Water from City of Tampa mains for drinking, lavatory, and toilet purposes drawn through fixtures installed by Landlord, or by Tenant with Landlord's written consent, from regular Building supply at the prevailing temperature.

  • Potable water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes, drawn through fixtures installed by Landlord, or by Tenant with Landlord’s written consent, and water for lavatory purposes from regular Office Building supply at reasonable temperatures.

  • Cold water in common with other tenants from Village of Lombard mains for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes drawn through fixtures installed with Landlord's prior written consent, and hot water in common with other tenants for lavatory purposes from regular Building supply.

  • Landlord shall furnish or cause to be furnished, water from the City of Columbus mains for use in the Common Areas for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes, drawn through fixtures installed by Landlord, or by Tenant with Landlord's written consent, and warm water for lavatory purposes from regular Building supply at reasonable temperatures as determined by Landlord.

  • Landlord shall provide water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes from the regular Building supply.
