Membership Cancellation Sample Clauses

Membership Cancellation. Members may cancel membership in or opt out of the Joint Sick Leave Bank and Exchange by sending a written notice to the Department of Human Resources or by choosing not to donate another day during a replenishment request.

Membership Cancellation. AMG reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member who fails to promptly pay all membership fees when due and/or maintain a valid credit care on file with AMG at all times. There will be a termination fee in the amount of $300.00 for classic, classis plus, premium and premium plus plans and $150.00 for basic and basic plus plans in the event of a membership cancellation prior to the one year agreement.

Membership Cancellation. Dues deductions shall cease upon the happening of any of the following events: A. Resignation or discharge of the employee; B. Transfer of the employee from the bargaining unit; C. Revocation of the dues deduction authorization. Such revocation must be in writing submitted to the City's Finance Director with a copy to the Association. Such revocation may be submitted only during the "window period" between one hundred twenty (120) days and ninety (90) days prior to the end of this Agreement.

The Labor Council hereby agrees that they will indemnify and hold the Employer harmless from any claims, actions, or proceedings by an employee or the Labor Council arising from deductions made by the Employer pursuant to this Article, except the non-payment of funds deducted from the employee's pay.

Membership Cancellation. You can cancel your Membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Membership service until the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unused Subscription Credits.
