Membership Cancellation. Dues deductions shall cease upon the happening of any of the following events:
Membership Cancellation. The Centre reserves the right to cancel this membership agreement and request return of membership cards at its discretion. The Member may cancel their membership by giving the Centre a minimum of 1 debits notice. A Member is given a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ as of the date of signing the agreement. No fee is charged for cancellation. The Member will be required to fill out a membership amendment form for purposes of financial administration and ongoing customer service.
Membership Cancellation. Any individual who wishes to cancel their membership must notify the Association Treasurer in writing between August 1 and August 31. A member may cancel their membership outside of the aforementioned cancellation period but shall be responsible for all remaining dues and assessments of the current membership year and by such cancellation acknowledges that he/she is forgoing any rights specifically reserved to members of the Association.
Membership Cancellation. AMG reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member who fails to promptly pay all membership fees when due and/or maintain a valid credit care on file with AMG at all times. There will be a termination fee in the amount of $300.00 for classic, classis plus, premium and premium plus plans and $150.00 for basic and basic plus plans in the event of a membership cancellation prior to the one year agreement.

Membership Cancellation. Each unit member's written authorization shall remain valid as outlined on the membership enrollment form until the Human Resources Office receives written notice from NSCPA to discontinue dues deductions.

If a member requests to cancel their membership, this takes immediate effect from the date the cancellation request is received in writing by the GSF team, and all member benefits and rights cease at that time. GSF reserves the right to cancel membership at any time for reasons that contravene this agreement. In cases such as these, a review process will be undertaken prior to cancellation and the member will be informed of this.
Membership Cancellation. The member may cancel this membership at any time after a minimum of 4 months by providing notice in writing to the Centre. Notice must be received by the 31st of the month to be effective for the following month.
