The Properties and Facilities constitute all of the material assets, properties and rights of any type used in or necessary for the conduct of the Business.
The Properties include the right to use the service road, loading facilities, sidewalks, and non-restricted parking areas, subject, however to the terms and conditions of this Lease and to reasonable rules and regulations or other conditions for the use hereof as may be prescribed from time to time by the Department or its Divisions.
