Form D definition

Form D means a Notice of Sale of Securities under Regulation D, Section 4(b) and/or Uniform Limited Offering Exemption under the Securities Act.
Form D means Notice of Sale of Securities Pursuant to Regulation D, Section 4(6), and/or Uniform Limited Offering Exemption, and includes the Appendix.
