Duties of Xxxxxxx. Xxxxx hereby engages the services of Xxxxxxx as subadviser in furtherance of the Advisory Agreement. Xxxxxxx agrees to perform the following duties, subject to the oversight of Janus and to the overall control of the officers and the Board of Trustees (the "Trustees") of the Trust:
Duties of Xxxxxxx. The Adviser hereby engages the services of Xxxxxxx as subadviser in furtherance of the Advisory Agreement. Xxxxxxx agrees to perform the following duties, subject to the oversight of the Adviser and to the overall control of the officers and the Board of Trustees (the “Trustees”) of the Trust:
Duties of Xxxxxxx. During the term of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx shall seek out Transactions (as hereinafter defined) on behalf of the Company and shall furnish advice to the Company in connection with any such Transactions.
Duties of Xxxxxxx. When requested by an employee, the Xxxxxxx or Alternate may investigate any alleged or actual grievance and assist in its preparation; he may be allowed reasonable time therefore during working hours without loss of time or pay, upon notification and prior approval of the immediate supervisor outside of the bargaining unit. When an employee presents his own grievance without intervention of the Xxxxxxx or Alternate, the representative shall be given the opportunity to be present.
Duties of Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx shall be employed by the Company as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary to perform such duties consistent with such a position as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary as its Board of Directors shall assign Xxxxxxx from time to time. Xxxxxxx shall serve the Company faithfully and diligently, use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Company, and shall devote his full time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company.
Duties of Xxxxxxx. The Xxxxxxx may, within reason, investigate and process grievances or confer with the representative(s) of the Union during regular working hours, without loss of pay. Duties also include posting of Union bulletins or notices. The xxxxxxx shall obtain permission from Human Resources before leaving their work to perform such duties and shall notify Human Resources upon resuming their normal duties. The BCGEU agrees that permission for such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Duties of Xxxxxxx. 1. The Business Agent shall appoint Stewards on each job and shall notify the job superintendent of their name. A xxxxxxx, like any other xxxxxxx, shall perform a day’s work. A xxxxxxx shall be retained on a project to which he is assigned, as long as any employees covered by this Agreement, are employed and as long as he has performed the work assigned to him satisfactorily. When a xxxxxxx or xxxxxxx are the only employees and the Employer decides there is need for only one (1) employee, the Employer may elect which he retains. However, if the Employer decides to retain the xxxxxxx, the next employee recalled shall be the xxxxxxx, if qualified. In no case, shall a xxxxxxx be discharged until the Business Representative has been consulted.
Duties of Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx shall (i) dedicate such time commitment to the Consulting Services as is reasonably necessary to perform such Consulting Services, provided that, Xxxxxxx shall not be obligated to perform such Consulting Services for more than 50 hours per month; (ii) comply with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations required to enable Xxxxxxx to render to the Company the Consulting Services called for herein; (iii) continue to comply with the confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants described in Section 4 above; and (iv) maintain the confidentiality of all Company records, trade secrets and other confidential information to which Xxxxxxx may have or obtain knowledge or access during the Consulting Period. Upon termination of the Consulting Period, Xxxxxxx shall return to the Company all Company property in his possession, including without limitation, keys, credit cards, telephone calling cards, computer hardware and software, cellular and portable telephone equipment, personal digital assistant (PDA) devices, manuals, books, notebooks, financial statements, reports and other documents.
Duties of Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx shall assume the following responsibilities: He shall secure the necessary information, material locations, blueprints, tools, special equipment, job schedule, work hours, safety rules and any other conditions as may help the workmen perform an efficient and workmanlike job in accordance with the terms of the agreement. He shall report to and receive orders from his immediate superior only. He shall either inform the Assistant General Xxxxxxx, General Xxxxxxx, Superintendent or Employer, according to the size of the job, when unable to report to the job. It shall be his responsibility to see that the workmen's time is correctly reported.
Duties of Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx shall provide the following and be responsible for all related expenditures: o Instructor and Conference Coordinator’s Travel Expenses o Promotional brochure (provided electronically to Host contact for local distribution) o Preparation of all Instructional materials o Sign-in sheets o Engagement Agreement o Processing registrations for attendees and lab assistants o Instructor and Conference Coordinators fees o Instruction for all participants and lab assistants in attendance o ASHA/AOTA CEU pre-approval for Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists o Evaluation Forms o ASHA CEU record forms o Certificate of Completion for all attendees o Conference content development, planning and evaluation o Confirmed number of registrants 4 days prior to scheduled conference o Provide the following: • 22 non-latex gloves per participant • 2oz hand sanitizer per participant • One roll of paper towels per two participants • One-serving applesauce cup (4 oz.) per participant • One Xxxxxxx Oral Motor Assessment & Intervention manual per participant and lab assistant • One E-Z spoon per participant and lab assistant • One B-Pop (Xxxxxxx Professional Oral Probe) per participant and lab assistant • Opportunity for attendees to be included in the Xxxxxxx Oral Motor Therapists List posted to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx • Opportunity for attendees to join the Xxxxxxx Oral Motor Research Institute • Opportunity for attendees to serve as lab assistants at future Xxxxxxx Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention conferences
