Laws and Regulations. All Equipment, Products, or Services provided under this Contract must comply fully with applicable federal laws and regulations, and with the laws in the states and provinces in which the Equipment, Products, or Services are sold.
Laws and Regulations. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, no Party shall be required to take any act, or fail to take any act, under this Agreement if the effect thereof would be to cause such Party to be in violation of any applicable law, statute, rule or regulation.
Laws and Regulations. The rights and obligations of the Custodian and the Fund with respect to any payment order executed pursuant to this Funds Transfer Services Schedule will be governed by any applicable laws, regulations, circulars and funds transfer system rules, the laws and regulations of the United States of America and of other relevant countries including exchange control regulations and limitations on dealings or other sanctions, and including without limitation those sanctions imposed under the law of the United States of America by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Any taxes, fines, costs, charges or fees imposed by relevant authorities on such transactions shall be for the account of the Fund.
Laws and Regulations. Consultant shall keep itself fully informed of and in compliance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations in any manner affecting the performance of the Project or the Services, including all Cal/OSHA requirements, and shall give all notices required by law. Consultant shall be liable for all violations of such laws and regulations in connection with Services. If the Consultant performs any work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, rules and regulations and without giving written notice to the City, Consultant shall be solely responsible for all costs arising therefrom. Consultant shall defend, indemnify and hold City, its officials, directors, officers, employees and agents free and harmless, pursuant to the indemnification provisions of this Agreement, from any claim or liability arising out of any failure or alleged failure to comply with such laws, rules or regulations.
Laws and Regulations. Any and all Products offered and furnished shall comply fully with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.

At all times during the Contract, Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal and state constitutions, laws, rules, codes, orders, and regulations, including licensure and certification requirements. If the Contract is funded by federal funds, either in whole or in part, then any federal regulation related to the federal funding will supersede this Attachment A.

Laws and Regulations. (a) This Agreement and all rights, obligations, and performances of the Parties hereunder, are subject to all applicable federal and state laws, and to all duly promulgated orders and other duly authorized action of governmental authorities having jurisdiction hereof.

The Bidder's attention is directed to the fact that all applicable Federal and State laws, municipal and county ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over any part of the project shall apply to the Contract throughout, and they will be deemed to be included in the Contract the same as though herein written.

Contractor shall comply fully with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and municipal ordinances including, but not limited to, all workers’ compensation laws, all environmental laws including, but not limited to, the generation and disposal of hazardous waste, the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the safety rules, codes, and provisions of the Montana Safety Act in Title 50, Chapter 71, MCA, all applicable City, County, and State building and electrical codes, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and all non-discrimination, affirmative action, and utilization of minority and small business statutes and regulations.
