Safety Rules definition

Safety Rules means the rules framed by the Users and the transmission licensee to ensure safety to persons working on plant / apparatus.
Safety Rules means the rules, procedures or current arrangements for and relating to safety co-ordination across boundaries (to permit work to or testing on the System of one of the Parties which, for this to be done safely, requires isolation and/or other precautions on Plant and/ or MV and/or LV Apparatus whether at, adjacent to or remote from the location of the work or testing) which the Parties mutually agree to use their best endeavours to formulate as soon as possible after the date of this Agreement and on the basis that any dispute as to their content shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10;
