The Consulting Services. 1.1. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Consultant shall provide the Company with managing services, business development services and marketing services, subject to the specifications set forth by the Company as may be amended by the Company from time to time and other appropriate duties and responsibilities as required and delegated to him from time to time by the CEO or by the Company Board of Directors (the: “Consulting Services").
The Consulting Services. Until the termination of this Agreement, the Consultant through Nadav exclusively shall, as and when requested by the Company, act as a consultant and render his assistance and participation as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, giving the full benefit of his knowledge, expertise, technical skill and ingenuity, in all matters involved in or relating to the business thereof (the “Consulting Services”).

The Consulting Services. 2.1 The Consultants shall provide Stoneridge with consulting services to the extent to be from time to time mutually decided by the Board of Directors of Stoneridge and Sten Forseke. Stoneridge shall be reasonable with respect to the time required and to the timing of consulting services. During the first six months the consulting time shall not exceed 20 hours per month. During the remaining time the consulting services shall not exceed 10 hours per month. The duties shall be carried out mainly within the European Union. To the extent reasonable, consulting services shall be in Belgium.
The Consulting Services. 1.1. As of March 15th, 2019 (the “Commencement Date”), the Consultant has been and shall provide the Company and its affiliates and/or related companies (including its parent companies) within and outside of Israel with such services are more fully described on Exhibit A (the: “Consulting Services").
The Consulting Services. Subject to these AS Terms, xxxxxx.xxx may provide Customer with the Consulting Services to assist Customer to optimize its use of the Service, all as set forth in the Order Form or SOW.
The Consulting Services. (a) Prior to the Listing Date, Consultant shall be a general financial consultant (a "General Consultant") and provide the Company with general financial consulting services and shall make himself available to perform such services as assigned by the CEO in conjunction, which is anticipated to require a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.

Until the termination of this Agreement, the Consultant through Xxxxxx exclusively shall, as and when requested by the Company, act as a consultant and render his assistance and participation as the Chief Medical and Technology Officer of the Company and the Company’s US parent (for purposes of this Agreement both the Company and its parent shall be hereinafter referred to as: the “Company”), giving, on a full time basis the full benefit of his knowledge, expertise, technical skill and ingenuity, in all matters involved in or relating to the business thereof (the “Consulting Services”).
The Consulting Services a. Consultant will assist TVN with the continued operation and expansion of the PSN business concurrently being acquired by TVN; and
