Duties of City. CITY shall provide pertinent information regarding its requirements for the project. CITY shall examine documents submitted by CONSULTANT and shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly, to avoid unreasonable delay in the progress of CONSULTANT'S work.

Duties of City. 4.1 The City Manager will represent CITY for all purposes under this Contract. CITY’s Manager of Human Services within the City’s Community Services Department is designated as the Program Manager for the City Manager. The Program Manager will supervise the performance, progress, and execution of the Program, and will be assisted by the Program Assistant II for the Office of Human Services. The Program Manager and/or Program Assistant II of the Office of Human Services may conduct site visits of CONSULTANT’s facility(s) during the Contract term.
