Design Review Workshops. Prepare for and conduct design review workshops at the 50%, and 90% design completion stages to review the design, construction cost, and schedule. Each workshop will be one-half day in duration, and shall be attended by Consultant’s Project Manager and design team.

Design Review Workshops. Prepare for and conduct design review workshop to review the design, construction cost, and schedule. The workshop will be one‐half day in duration and will be attended by project manager and key discipline leads Deliverables: • 60% Design Drawings provided as one .PDF file. • Project specifications will include the City’s Division 0 specifications and Consultant’s standard Division 1 and Technical Specifications. All specifications will be provided in .PDF format. • Meeting materials and minutes. • Cost Estimate (Optional). • Review comments for the CM/GC Contractor’s OPCC and schedule. Assumptions: • Design drawings and specifications, as previously described. Drawings will be prepared in MicroStation. Carollo CAD standards will be used. • The City to provide a single, consolidated set of review comments for the 60% progress submittal.
Design Review Workshops. Prepare for and attend 60% and 90% design review workshop with City staff. Provided by the City  Complete technical review of the design submittal documents and provide one (1) compiled written set of comments for each submittal prior to the review meetings.  Standard front-end contract documents and specifications in MS Word format. Assumptions  The 60% plan set will consist of up to 60 sheets. The 90% and final plan sets will consist of up to 83 sheets.  Plans will be developed at a 1”=20’ or 1”=10’ scale for site improvements and piping plan/profile and between ¼”=1’ and ½”=1’ scale for pump station and reservoir improvements and include details.  Instrumentation and control design will be completed by S&B, Inc. and will be paid for by the City under a separate agreement.  Arc flash studies are not included in this scope. This study will be addressed via specification and be a requirement of the construction contractor when equipment is known.  Technical specifications prepared by Murraysmith and subconsultants will be in MasterFormat 48 Division CSI format. Specifications will include the City’s front-end contract documents and general conditions.  Traffic control plans for construction will be prepared during design.  The opinion of construction cost will be formatted to reflect the items in the bid schedule and will be AACE Class 2 estimates.  City review period is assumed to be three (3) weeks for the 60% and 90% submittals.  The following workshops will be held at the City’s operations center and will be attended by up to three (3) Murraysmith staff. o 60% review workshop o 90% review workshop Consultant Deliverables  Workshop agendas and meeting summariesSubmission of 60% and 90% design packages includes: o An electronic copy (PDF format) of the half size (11x17) plan set, specifications, and engineer’s opinion of probable construction cost, including MS Word documents of the specifications.  Submission of Final Bid-Ready package includes: o An electronic copy (PDF format) of plan set (11x17 and 22x34), specifications, and engineer’s opinion of probable construction cost, including MS Word documents of the specifications and design drawings in AutoCAD.   • Design Review Consumer shall provide Holy Cross an electrical one-line diagram and a relaying and metering one-line diagram prior to completion of detailed designs, unless the Consumer is installing a packaged system that is pre-certified to IEEE 1547.1 and UL 1741 standards. Packaged systems pre-certified under IEEE Standard 1547.1 and UL Standard 1741 will not require a relaying and metering one-line diagram. The submitted application and diagrams will be processed, reviewed, and acted upon in accordance with the Holy Cross Interconnection Policy.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Member’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The Cooperative must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
