Examples of Design Packages in a sentence

  • To facilitate the management of the Project, including accounting and tracking, the Project may be designed in Separate Design Packages as enumerated and described on the Schedule of Project Details.

  • If Separate Design Packages are prepared, the Design Professional will develop Estimated Construction Cost during each of the design phases for each Separate Design Phase Package.

More Definitions of Design Packages

Design Packages means the enabling works design; the abutments and pier foundations design; the abutments and pier design; the structural steel footbridge design; the lighting design; and the approach ramps design. Each Design Package will be prepared by an appropriate Contractor. Design packages shall specifically include all submissions to the planning authority.

The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.
