Operations Center or “OC” is the datacenter location where Client installs the ConnectWise Software to run the Managed Services.

Operations Center employees shall have work schedules as follows: (a) They may be regularly scheduled to work any eight (8) consecutive hours, exclusive of meal period, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (b) Operations Center employees, other than those working hours as provided in Section 6.10(a) above, may be assigned to work any eight (8) consecutive hours between 1:00 p.m. and 12 midnight. (c) Group schedules when required shall be developed to provide rotation of assignments and equalization of conditions. Schedules may be established or revised during the term of the Agreement, provided however that such arrangements shall be first mutually agreed upon by Company and Union. (a) This section means that except as noted below, there is an absolute prohibition against requiring an employee to work more than three (3) consecutive weeks without having two (2) consecutive days off. There is no penalty provided for a violation of the provisions of this section since the ban is absolute. If an employee has performed work on twenty-one (21) straight days, the employee must be granted the next two (2) days off. If the next two (2) days off occur on regular work days for that employee, such employee shall, nonetheless, be granted the days off at the straight-time rate of pay. (Added 1/1/95) (b) Employees may work beyond the twenty-one (21) day limit only under the following condition: 1. Any work situation involving an immediate hazard to life or property.
