Meeting Materials definition

Meeting Materials means the notice of meeting, the Circular, the letter of transmittal and election form and the form of proxy in respect of the Meeting which accompanies the Circular.

Meeting Materials means the Noteholders’ Notice and Shareholders’ Notices, this Circular and the forms of proxy being mailed to Shareholders and Noteholders herewith.
