Design Meetings. (a) In order to obtain input in the preparation of, and prior to submitting, the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the Parties will hold design review meetings (the “Design Review Meetings”) with the CTC Design Team and hold user group design workshops (the “Design Workshops”) beginning immediately after Commercial Close upon the following terms:
Design Meetings. Prepare for and conduct up to two (2) meetings to coordinate items such as P&IDs, control descriptions, electrical improvements, and mechanical/structural/operational features of the recommended improvements.
Design Meetings. During the design phases (which commenced prior to the execution of this TI Agreement) of the Tenant Improvements, if Tenant shall meet with the Architect to review and discuss the significant aspects of the design documents as then completed, Landlord's Representative shall attend such meetings as and when requested by Tenant, provided reasonable prior notice has been given to Landlord's Representatives.
Design Meetings. The ENGINEER will meet at reasonable customary intervals to provide a close liaison with the OWNER and other recognized authorities having jurisdiction in regard to the engineering phases of the project. Two (2) meetings are included in this agreement, a Kickoff Meeting and at 30% (in-person) stage of the project.
Design Meetings. The CONSULTANT will attend two design review meetings at the 60% and 90% level. The meetings will include the NPU project engineer, the CONSULTANT and other parties deemed necessary, to discuss design and permitting considerations throughout the design phase.
Design Meetings. Callaway Golf and Licensee shall, if requested by Callaway Golf, for each season, have the following formal seasonal product development meetings: 1) Concept Meeting; 2) Design Review Meeting; and 3)
Design Meetings. We anticipate periodic meetings with the County at design stages to discuss design concepts, goals and progress, potential conflicts, design review comments, and other design issues. We agendas prior to each meeting, and prepare and distribute meeting minutes key issues after each meeting. We have assumed five (5) full days, including travel, for meetings attended by one Associate Engineer and Project Manager.
Design Meetings. The Engineer will meet with the Owner and State of Vermont Department representatives at reasonable intervals to review and provide input on the project. One (1) kick-off meeting, one (1) review meeting at 60% complete and one (1) review meeting at 90% complete are budgeted. These meetings may be done in person or via an electronic meeting format acceptable to all parties. For the “90% design review” draft, sets of blueprints of the construction drawings, the specifications, and the contract documents shall be provided by the ENGINEER as follows:

Design Meetings. Devcon will participate in weekly, or as needed, design/review meetings with the "team" of Polycom and Xxxxxx Associates. Our experience and input will be a valuable asset in guiding the design from conceptual through the working drawings stage. B. On-Site and Off-Site Evaluation: Devcon will provide an evaluation of the existing on-site and off-site utilities and the proposed project layout. Our experience as a developer will also provide additional perspective to this evaluation. C.
