Project Review definition

Project Review shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5(aa) of this Note.

Examples of Project Review in a sentence

  • A Seller shall provide written notice of any proposed Substituted Project to Purchaser in the Substitution Report, and Purchaser shall have a period of ten (10) days (the “Substituted Project Review Period”) from receipt of the Substitution Report to confirm that the conditions in Section 2.3 have been met with respect to each such proposed Substituted Project.

  • The schedule for the Comprehensive Annual Project Review will be established by the DOE Project Officer after the award.

More Definitions of Project Review

Project Review has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.2 of the Program Rules.
Project Review means the process of vetting an idea or Lead by Company employees or Board members prior to accepting the idea or Lead as a Prospect.
Project Review means a review by a qualified professional engaged by the Commission that examines engineering design, calculations and other information provided by the applicant and other sources for completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness, including but not limited to the following: run-off calculations, drainage and drainage structures, slopes, headwalls and retaining structures, siting of septic system relative to Resource Areas, soils information, subsurface hydrology, plans for sequencing construction, proposed erosion and sedimentation controls.
Project Review means a review in accordance with this clause 57 commencing no later than the First Project Review Date;

Project Review has the meaning assigned to such term in each of the FWA Note and FWA IV Note.
Project Review means a meeting between the parties (a) to discuss, among other matters, the amounts expended by each party to date, expectations of future earnings and\or costs and any other matters that may materially affect the continued viability of the parties' development and manufacture of the Pellets or the Formulated Product, as the case may be, and the sales of the Formulated Product in the Territory and (b) to determine whether it is in both parties' interests to continue to develop and/or manufacture the Pellets and the Formulated Product, as the case may be, and to sell the Formulated Product pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
