Definition - Grievance. A grievance shall be defined as any dispute, arising between the parties, pertaining to any matter of wages, hours, working conditions, or any dispute between the parties, involving the interpretation or application of this Agreement.

A grievance may be initiated by one or more Members and must be signed by all grievants, and the conclusion of the grievance shall be applicable to all grievants. C.
