Definition - Grievance. A grievance is an alleged violation of a specific article or section of this Agreement. Definition - Day: Only for the purpose of the grievance procedure, a day shall mean calendar days (excluding holiday days as defined by this Agreement) and shall not include the day on which the grievance is presented or appealed or is returned by the University.
