Definition - Grievance. A grievance shall be defined as any controversy arising over the interpretation of or adherence to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

A grievance may be initiated by one or more Members and must be signed by all grievants, and the conclusion of the grievance shall be applicable to all grievants. C.
