CLASSIFICATIONS AND HOURLY WAGE RATES. 11.01 The Company agrees to pay and the Union agrees to accept the classification and hourly wage rates hereafter set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. Employees in the C3 classification who, for any reason, lose one or more of the required 2G tickets shall be paid at the rate of C8 and be moved to that classification. Such employee will be given 30 days to re-qualify, however, failing to do so will result in the employee being transferred to a department where he has the skill and ability to perform the required work, and wherein he shall be allowed to exercise his seniority rights in accordance with 8.03.
