Changes in Fees. We may establish a new fee or change an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking. If we establish a new fee or increase an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking, we will send you a notice of the new fee or increase or post it on the Online Banking section of our website at least 30 days before the date the new fee or increase takes effect unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any notice of the change that we send to you is returned to us as undeliverable, the new fee or increase will still take effect. We will not have to notify you if we decrease or eliminate an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking.
Changes in Fees. The Fees and dollar amounts of the Fees shall be determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion. The current Fees and the dollar amounts of the Fees are set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement. CleanBrain shall notify Client of any changes in the Fees or the dollar amounts of the Fees at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes. As for User License Fees , CleanBrain may increase User License Fees once per year according to the percentage of the U.S. Department of Labor Cost of Living Index (“COLI”) increase in the previous calendar year, provided however that such increase shall not exceed two percent (2%). Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon new features and/or functionality being added to the CleanTelligent Subscription Services and/or Software that CleanBrain determines in its sole discretion would merit a reasonable additional amount of User License Fees to charge all users of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services that will use such new feature(s) and/or functionality, CleanBrain may charge Client an increase in User License Fees for such new features and/or functionality in an amount determined by CleanBrain.
Changes in Fees. We may at any time establish a new fee or change an existing fee you must pay for the use of NetTeller Online Banking or any feature of NetTeller Online Banking. If we establish a new fee or increase an existing fee you must pay for the use of NetTeller Online Banking or any feature of NetTeller Online Banking, we will send you any notice of the new fee or increase that applicable law requires us to send you. If applicable law does not require us to send you any notice of the new fee or increase, we will either send you a notice of it or post a notice of it on our World Wide Web site. We will not have to notify you if we decrease or eliminate an existing fee for the use of NetTeller Online Banking or any feature of NetTeller Online Banking.
Changes in Fees. The Fees and dollar amounts of the Fees shall be determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion and shall be effective the first day of the next billing period after notice to Client as set forth below. The current Fees and the dollar amounts of the Fees are set forth in the CleanTelligent Order Form. CleanBrain shall notify Client of any changes in the Fees or the dollar amounts of the Fees at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of a billing period for the next billing period.
Changes in Fees. Maplesoft may, in its sole discretion, change prices, terms and conditions of this Agreement to be effective upon a Renewal Term (as set forth in Section 9.1), provided Maplesoft gives not less than 60 days’ written notice to Customer of such changes prior to the commencement of such Renewal Term.
Changes in Fees. Infinium may change the monthly Membership Fees at any time, at its sole discretion. Member will be given 30 days prior written notice of such changes. Fees for Ancillary Services may change without prior notice based on availability, wholesale prices, and other market factors.
Changes in Fees. Vendor may increase or adjust the basis for calculating fees for Products one (1) time annually by providing OHI at least ninety (90) days prior written notice.
Changes in Fees. Cantaloupe may, from time to time in its sole discretion and without the consent of Operator, modify the foreign exchange and other fees, fines, assessments, penalties and other charges or any additional amounts charged by any Card Organization to be paid by Operator for sales of Operator Products in connection with the Services to reflect changes in such fees, fines, assessments, penalties and other charges and amounts that are charged to Cantaloupe by its third party processors and other third parties, for example, changes in interchange fees, foreign currency fees and the like. Cantaloupe will give notice to Operator of the changes in these fees, fines, assessments, penalties and other charges and amounts (a) in writing, or (b) through the Dashboard or (c) by email to Operator. Additionally, Cantaloupe may increase fees for the Services upon at least thirty (30) days advance written notice following the first year of service and at any time thereafter. Other Fees & Payment. All other fees, including fees for Professional Services or Hardware, if applicable, set forth in the applicable Order Form shall be paid by Operator within thirty (30) days from receipt of Cantaloupe’ invoice, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form. Invoices may be made available via the Dashboard, where Operator will directly access those invoices, or may be sent to Operator electronically to the email address(es) provided by Operator, which Operator shall provide upon entering into this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated in an applicable Order Form, all orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Billing for such other fees, with the exception noted as follows, commences upon the earlier of Hardware activation or ninety (90) days from the purchase of Services. Exceptions are: a) Hardware will be billed at the ship date, b) Seed Markets Software will be billed when a market is first restocked in Seed, and c) Seed Delivery will be billed on the first active delivery of the specific delivery point.
Changes in Fees. The On-Site Installation Fee, the On-Site Support Fee, Help Desk Fee, the Software Enhancement Fee and/or per diem charges may be changed by PJUSA from time to time; provided that the Help Desk and Software Enhancement Fees are intended to cover PJUSA’s actual costs, including reasonable allocations of direct, actual overhead and other expenses related to the Information System and the services that PJUSA provides.
Changes in Fees. Transact reserves the right to amend its Equipment price lists at any time in its discretion, provided that any increase in such prices will not affect the amounts payable under any purchase orders accepted by Transact prior to the implementation of such new prices. All purchase orders submitted by Customer after implementation of any announced price increase but before the date such price increase is effective, will be priced as if the increase were in effect. Any decrease in applicable prices will be effective immediately upon publication by Transact and will be applicable to all outstanding purchase orders accepted by Transact.
