Examples of Additional Amounts in a sentence
On the Business Day prior to any Payment Date and/or Maturity Date the Issuer will deposit or cause to be deposited with the Paying Agent, in immediately available funds, a sum in Dollars sufficient to pay the principal of, and interest (and premium and Additional Amounts, if any) due on each Note or Additional Notes on such Payment Date and/or Maturity Date.
In addition, the Issuer will pay to the Holder of this Note such premium and Additional Amounts as may become payable under Section 2.12, Section 3.3 and Section 3.4 of the Indenture.
Claims against the Issuer or any Note Guarantor for the payment of principal or interest and Additional Amounts in respect of the Notes or the Guarantee, as the case may be, will be prescribed unless made within six years of the due date for payment of such principal or interest and Additional Amounts.
The Issuer will pay to the Holders such Additional Amounts as may become payable under Section 2.12 of the Indenture.
The Issuer and the Trustee hereby acknowledge that the purpose and intent of each of the Note Guarantors in executing this Indenture and providing the Guaranty is to give effect to the agreement of such Note Guarantor to Guarantee the payment of any such amounts due by the Issuer under the Notes and this Indenture, whether such amounts are in respect of principal, interest or any other amounts (including Additional Amounts).
