Changes in Fees. We may establish a new fee or change an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking. If we establish a new fee or increase an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking, we will send you a notice of the new fee or increase or post it on the Online Banking section of our website at least 30 days before the date the new fee or increase takes effect unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any notice of the change that we send to you is returned to us as undeliverable, the new fee or increase will still take effect. We will not have to notify you if we decrease or eliminate an existing fee that you must pay in connection with Online Banking.
