New Features. We may, from time to time, introduce new features to the Online Service or modify or delete existing features in our sole discretion. We shall notify you of any of these changes to features if we are legally required to do so. By using any new or modified features when they become available, you agree to be bound by the rules concerning these features.
New Features. Bank agrees that for any new feature or functionality that Company designs and offers solely to Bank, Bank will not make any of these features or functionalities available to Company’s competitors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should a Company competitor, without any support or assistance from Bank, create a similar feature, Bank shall have the right to support and deliver such feature, but only to the extent that it can do so without violating its obligations under this Agreement.

Licensor may make new tools, features or functionality related to the Technology available from time to time (an “Upgrade”), the use of which may be contingent upon Licensee's agreement to additional terms. To the extent the use of an Upgrade is conditioned upon the payment of additional fees, Licensee will not be required to use the Upgrade or, at Licensor’s sole discretion, will be entitled to access and use the Upgrade without the payment of such Fees.

And by using the new features, you agree to be bound by them as well as additional terms that accrue to the new features.

If Customer desires to expedite such development, Passport may, in its sole discretion, charge Customer an expedite fee to develop the requested features or functionality, provided, however, that Passport shall first notify Customer of the expedite fee and receive written approval from Customer to proceed. If Customer’s requested features or functionality are created for Customer’s use and Passport does not plan to incorporate such requested features into the Passport System, Passport may, in its sole discretion, charge Customer a custom development fee for the development of such features or functionality, provided again, however, that Passport shall first notify Customer of the custom development fee and receive written approval from Customer to proceed.
New Features. For newly available API operations, IRCTC may set both the Quota Charges per quota unit and the number of quota units consumed by those new API operations at any time by notifying you or posting such pricing changes to IRCTC's rate card.

Provider otherwise reserves the right to update Customer’s Subscription so that it remains current with the then current version available to Provider’s customers generally.

If you use personal financial management software to access your accounts (such as Quicken® or Quickbooks®, etc.), a fee may be charged for the use of those services and additional service terms and conditions may apply.
