Examples of Dollar Amounts in a sentence

  • Each day upon or as of which the Administrative Agent determines Dollar Amounts as described in the preceding clauses (a), (b) and (c) is herein described as a “Computation Date” with respect to each Credit Event for which a Dollar Amount is determined on or as of such day.

  • Investor shall deliver Put Dollar Amounts (as payment towards any Put Share Price) by wire transfer, to the Company pursuant to a wire instruction letter to be provided by the Company, and signed by the Company.

  • The Company shall not be required to deliver any payments to Investor under this subsection until Investor has paid all Put Dollar Amounts that are then due.

  • The aggregate of all Fixed Request Amounts and Optional Amount Dollar Amounts shall not exceed the Aggregate Limit.

  • If the Investor, at any time, is more than five (5) business days late in paying any Put Dollar Amounts that are then due, the Investor shall not be entitled to the benefits of Sections 6.5.1 and 6.5.2 above until the date that the Investor has paid all Put Dollar Amounts that are then due.
