– Article Administration. For the year April to March employees shall be paid on a bi- weekly basis at the rate of to which the employee is entitled pursuant to Schedule “A”. For each of the years April to March I, and April to March the parties agree to a wage reopener clause for wage rates (except for the Charlottetown Airport which rates are provided for in Schedule A) for the purpose only of settling the rates of pay to be included in “A”.
