Perform Duties. Work as scheduled by CAMC and perform diligently and conscientiously those duties that may reasonably be assigned by CAMC to the best of Resident’s ability. Resident understands and acknowledges that CAMC is the sponsor of the Program and operates the Program in affiliation with West Virginia University Board of Governors on behalf of West Virginia University ("WVU"), which provides clinical training and faculty supervision to residents participating in the Program or in affiliation with the Mountain State Osteopathic Post-Graduate Training Initiative and the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Resident also understands and acknowledges that CAMC contracts with CAMC Health Education and Research Institute, Inc. (the "Institute") for the Institute to manage and administer various aspects of CAMC’s Program, and Resident agrees to recognize the Institute as CAMC’s agent with respect to all aspects of CAMC’s Program managed and administered by the Institute.

Resident understands and acknowledges that CAMC is the Program Sponsor, and also understands and acknowledges that CAMC GVMC contracts with the CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine (the “IAM”) for the IAM to manage and administer various aspects of the Program. Resident agrees to recognize the IAM as the agent of both CAMC and CAMC GVMC with respect to all aspects of the Program.
