Perform Duties Clause Examples

The "Perform Duties" clause establishes the obligation of a party, typically an employee or contractor, to carry out the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them under an agreement. This clause often outlines the standards or expectations for how these duties should be performed, such as requiring adherence to company policies, industry standards, or specific instructions from a supervisor. Its core practical function is to ensure that the party responsible for performing work understands their obligations and the expected level of performance, thereby promoting accountability and reducing the risk of disputes over job responsibilities.
