Inappropriate Behavior. Behavior which may make a producer ineligible to participate in Greenmarket includes, but is not limited to: • Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech, materials, or conduct, particularly those related to sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, ability, age, cultural background, education, ethnicity, immigration status, language, nationality, national origin, physical appearance, economic status, or religion, • Violence, threats of violence, or violent language or symbols directed against another person. • Lewd or offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using sexually explicit or offensive language, materials or conduct, or any language, behavior, or content that contains profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
Inappropriate Behavior. On rare occasions this three-month period may be waived if it can be shown that the Upline of the Affiliate requesting the change has due cause to be moved to another Upline. Some examples of due cause are illegal activity or harassment of the Affiliate on the part of the Upline. A complete lack of contact, despite clear attempts by the Affiliate to contact the Upline may also be considered as due cause. In extreme cases the Upline may be terminated and the Affiliate moved to the next available Upline in their organization. Note: Affiliates waive any and all claims against the Company, its officers, directors, owners, employees and agents that relate to or arise from the Company’s decision regarding the disposition of any Downline organization.

Due to the interactive nature of our website, members are permitted to contact other members; rate videos; and leave comments; in order to earn "Notes", which our medium of exchange. Members and account holders acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY involving inappropriate, unethical, or illegal communications or contact between minors, members, and/or adults also accessing and using our platform. Inappropriate Behavior. With the exception of misconduct, employees will receive an oral warning prior to disciplinary action. Oral warnings, corrections, and criticism will be given in private and confidentiality will be respected, except in situations involving student or staff safety.

Encouraging, initiating, participating in and/or supporting such activities is prohibited and may result in eviction. Throwing, dropping, knocking or ejecting objects from the Great West Student Residences building, windows, or stairwells, whether intentionally or unintentionally, is prohibited and may result in eviction. Throwing snowballs or other objects at the building is prohibited.
Inappropriate Behavior. I will respect the staff and facilities used at all times. I understand that vandalism, disturbing the peace, or other inappropriate behavior, as determined by the adult leadership, will not be tolerated. I will not bring or use any weapons or firearms. I understand that I will have to pay for any damage that I cause.
Inappropriate Behavior. In the event of improper behavior that would cause any damage, early departure of another guest due to inappropriate behavior or need additional cleaning of guest accommodation or at the resort the guest will be charged the value of the damage incurred or the cost of additional cleaning or business damage in the event of a factitious behavior. Guests understand and acknowledge that this exclusion of liability includes lawsuits based on negligence and/or actions or inactions of the resort and its staff. Accordingly, the notice is provided herewith in advance. The travel agency and/or travel guide is obliged to submit a copy of this notice (Exclusion of liability) to the guests. This also applies to the Tree house, tents on the terraces, all the bridges with wooden paths, swing at Glamp Island, water surfaces, trees, accommodations and Tree house. Tree houses have a balcony/a terrace, where guests can relax in peace and silence. The tree house has a terrace and guardrails (like on balconies in hotels). Chateau Ramšak is therefore not liable for any actions that are contrary to the Resort’s rules, e.g. guests sitting on the balcony guardrails, or even climbing over the rails, removing the protective fence on the Tree house or otherwise changing the protection at the resort. Gift certificates When using a gift certificate, the original gift voucher must be submitted upon check-in at the reception desk. Photocopies or transformations of gift certificates are not permitted and are not valid. The gift voucher is valid until the expiration date indicated on each individual gift certificate. If the date of validity is not recorded on a gift voucher, the gift certificate is considered to be valid for one year from the date of issue. In case the gift voucher is not used during its validity, it is stolen, lost or destroyed, its user is not entitled to monetary reimbursement or compensation in any form whatsoever. Inappropriate Behavior. In addition to the other provisions of Section 3, any conduct which is inappropriate or disruptive to the residence community or the University, as determined by the RL staff, is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action and may result in eviction.
Inappropriate Behavior. ATN has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate and unsafe behavior. CONTRACTOR’S personnel policies must clearly address how inappropriate and unsafe situations shall be handled.
