Annual Assessments. The School’s student performance will be annually assessed as described in the School’s Approved Application (Appendix 1), in this Charter, and as specified in applicable laws and rules. The School will annually implement its educational program as specified in the School’s Approved Application (Appendix 1) setting forth the School’s curriculum, instructional methods, any distinctive instructional techniques to be used, and the identification and acquisition of appropriate technologies needed to improve educational and administrative performance, which include a means for promoting safe, ethical, and appropriate uses of technology which comply with legal and professional standards. The School shall ensure in each year that reading is a primary focus of the curriculum and the necessary resources will be provided to identify and to provide specialized instruction for students who are reading below grade level. The School’s annual curriculum shall be consistent with Florida Standards and be grounded in evidence-based reading research. The School further agrees that its programs and operations shall be nonsectarian each year.
Annual Assessments. This consists of re-assessments required to re-assess a student to 19 determine eligibility for mental health services under the IDEA and/or to determine the appropriate 20 composition of such services (for students that have Medi-Cal as a health plan only).
Annual Assessments. With respect to any taxes or assessments which may be levied against or upon the Project, or which under the laws then in force may be evidenced by improvement or other bonds or may be paid in annual installments, only the amount of such annual installment (with appropriate proration for any partial year) and interest due thereon shall be included within the computation of the annual taxes and assessments levied against the Project.

Annual Assessments. 1. The assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents of the lots; the improvement, operation and maintenance of the Common Area; the duties and exercise of the powers of the Association; the payment of the proper expenses of the Association and all costs incurred in the performance by the Association of its duties, and the establishment of reasonable reserves for the maintenance repair and replacement of paths and paved areas within the Common Areas, landscaping and other improvements upon the Common Area.
Annual Assessments. The evaluation contractor will carry out annual assessments of the PMDP to assess progress against the objectives in the logframe especially measuring outcome indicators, check if the programme is on track, and if any adjustments need to be made. In annual assessments, the evaluation contractor is also expected to measure the business performance of former clients (about 600) assisted by DFID through the FNMD project throughout the life of the programme (i.e 6 years). We envisage the evaluation contractor will use 10-15% of its time to achieve this work related to the FNMD project. The rest will be spent on efforts related to the PMDP. Although it is expected the level of plausible attribution to the FNMD for business performance impacts of former clients may diminish significantly over time, the finding will used to refine the PMDP programme design and evaluation work. The monitoring of the business performance of former FNMD clients may present some challenges, particularly those associated with the lag between FNMD completion and the re-engagement of former FNMD clients. For example, there may be changes in client contacts, a need to establish trust to share potentially sensitive business data, and a loss of continuity in the monitoring process. These factors may serve to impede access to and the quality of data available Full evaluation (PMDP only) Towards the end of the programme, the evaluation contractor will undertake a full evaluation of the PMDP. The contractor is expected to be able to operate in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem. The target groups for this assignment include: - Beneficiaries: grantee firms and firm consortiums and business service providers, including female entrepreneurs across the OPTs. This includes about 600 firms that received support from the FNMD project. - Other stakeholders: EU, the Programme’s staff, PA Ministry of National Economy, and other donors (World Bank, USAID, etc.).
Annual Assessments. Each Member hereby covenants and agrees to pay to the Association annual assessments or charges, such assessments to be fixed, established, and collected from time to time as hereinafter provided. The annual assessments, together with any fees related thereto and costs of collection thereof, as hereinafter provided, shall be a continuing lien and charge upon each Burdened Lot against which each such assessment is made and the sale or transfer of any such Lot shall not affect the validity of the assessment lien. Each such assessment, together with any fees related thereto, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees shall also be the personal obligation of the owner of record such Burdened Lot at the time when the assessment fell due. The personal obligation for delinquent assessments shall not pass to his successors in title unless expressly assumed by them.
Annual Assessments. The Board will fix the annual assessments each year following adoption or rejection of the budget as provided above. The Board will send written notice of the assessment to all Owners. In the event the proposed budget is rejected or in the event the Board fails to fix the amount or give notice of the new assessment, the assessments fixed for the preceding year will continue until new assessments are fixed and notice given. The annual assessments may be made payable on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as determined by the Board.
Annual Assessments i. Purpose. Assessments levied by the Organization shall be used for any legal purpose for the benefit of the Subdivision as determined by the Board and, in particular, may, by way of example and not limitation or obligation, include operational expenses of the Organization, enforcement of deed restrictions, payment of insurance premiums, costs of collection and litigation, administrative expenses, beautification, providing security, and any other services as may be in the Subdivision’s and Owners’ interest and all buildings, services, improvements and facilities deemed necessary or desirable by the Board in connection with the administration, management, control or operation of the Subdivision. The Board may, in its sound discretion, give one or more of the purposes set forth herein preference over other purposes, and it is agreed that all expenses incurred and expenditures and decisions made by the Board in good faith shall be binding and conclusive on all Owners.
