Academic Accountability. 2.1 The FSUS, Inc. shall implement its mission and related educational programs as specified in Appendix A. 2.2 The FSUS, Inc. shall implement the current baseline standard of achievement, the outcomes to be achieved, and the methods of measurement identified in Appendix A. 2.3 The parties agree that methods used to identify the educational strengths and needs of students and their educational goals and performance standards are set forth in Appendix A. Students attending the DRCS shall participate in the statewide assessment programs at least to the extent required by law. 2.4 The School’s programs and operations shall be non-sectarian.
